How To Decide Whether To Rent Or Buy Your Party Tents

Party tents can easily be hired or bought, and there is no shortage of either supply or demand. Modern materials have allowed manufacturers to create light but durable structures which can cope with all but the most extreme weather. These light gazebo and marquee structures are also cheap, especially the gazebo which can be bought in sizes small enough for just a typical family garden. Whether you are just looking for something for a one off big occasion, or whether you intend to hold regular events, there is sure to be something will be just what you are looking for.

If you are just looking for a bit of shade for your back garden, so that your family can enjoy the best of the summer weather, then a small gazebo is likely to fit the bill. These are very cheap to buy in the smallest size, although it is worth paying a bit more than the lowest bargain price to get something slightly more durable and hard wearing. Against that, if you are prepared to replace the structure more often, you can get away with something cheaper. Just make sure to protect it from extreme winds.

While it is possible to rent gazebo structures, it is unlikely to be the best move very often. Normally you will want to use a gazebo regularly in your own back garden, and you will certainly save a lot of money over time by having your own gazebo structure. If you are looking for something more than just the basic family size, and only for irregular events, then renting might just be your best choice. If in doubt, it will be better to rent and then only buy if you are sure that you will need the tent again several times.

The larger marquee structures are a different matter altogether. Unlike the smaller party tents, it is unlikely that you will use them regularly unless you are part of a group or organization holding regular events. If you are holding such events, there is obviously a case for buying a marquee outright, but it is still advisable to rent at first until you see exactly what your needs are. Once you find the right type of design and the right size, you can then happily go ahead and buy.

For many people, the marquee will only be used on one special occasion, so the choice to rent will be an obvious one. The great advantage of this is that you will have professionals on hand to erect the structure and make sure that everything will go to plan. Marquee hire companies are commonplace in any major metropolitan area, as there are a lot of events and parties held across the country. There is never going to be any difficulty in finding someone who will give you a rental of party tents.
